味付けのベースは間違っていなかったはずだが具材からの旨味が足りずにイマイチな結果に…
アレは〆で作るから美味しかったんだなと実感👶

The base of seasoning must have been right, but the flavor from the ingredients was not enough and the result was not good...
I realized that it was delicious only because I made it as a closing dish 👶
