The problem I see is, that longterm you would still need all humans to be exposed to the internet and all that stuff to get the best and most talented programmers and thinkers for maintaining and develop all "the stuff".

Similar to the chinese giving all children access to sports so they can screen and filter out the best of them. Without exposing everybody you won't find out who has the most talent and is best fit for the job.

Maybe you could do it by training some children in special schools, but I think picking out the most talented and best from a large sample size with 7.5 billion competitors would be the most efficient way.

The main reason in my opinion for those planned stuff like 9/11 or Corona is, to make money.
In the modern age there is only a small and therefore risky overhead of getting information faster than someone else thanks to the internet. So no more "Rothschild knows first who won Waterloo and can then double game them all and make a ton of money from it".
If you are not able to obtain the information significantly faster than the rest of the world and therefore have no more investment advantage the logical step is to know what is about to happen in the future.
And since the future is unpredictable one has to artificially create events, which are big enough to crash the markets.

Another benefit is to keep your competitors in a mode of panic and fear which is detrimental to intelligent and healthy behavior.
So you have many bees to hire for your power hungry undertakings and less and less people who could and would compete with your undertakings.

Win-win-win. Probably some more wins, which I haven't though about, if those theories of mine are right at all.

I eat most of my vegetables raw. Even made a bitpost about it two years ago if I remember right.

The time you save by not cooking your food has to be invest in more chewing though. So overall there is not much time saving. But since it is not cooked you can normally eat it wherever you want because it is still crisp and not wishy-washy.
I like that very much, because I normally always did some media consumption or other stuff while eating but I recently stopped that and now I am trying to concentrate on eating when I eat.

When heating some foods it is said, that some ingredients are being transformed or deactivated which aren't that healthy for humans.
However, the dosage makes the poison so I am not sure how "true" that statement is.

But cooking obviously transforms some food ingredients so it probably makes sense to cook some indigestable/poisonous foods, where nasty stuff is transformed or deactivated through heat.

But I am very curious, that we heat or cook most of our foods except for fruits.
Even most seeds and nuts you can buy in the supermarket are heated during the process. Most of the time to a temperature above 40 degree Celsius where it is said, that some proteins already start to disintegrate and transform.
Was quite a surprise when my girlfriend told me, since I thought that nuts are one the most natural and raw foods one could get at the supermarket. Would have never thought, that they are being heated.

Smells really good, but obviously not just for humans but also for the original producers, the bees, which get attracted.
Not a real problem until they hide in your sleeve :-D.

Additionally the 100% beeswax doesn't seem to be waterproof.

I will try it once more, since it may be that I did not enough. But I think, that problem is the waxes solid form when cold which then gets broken when the cloth is "moving". So you will always end up with microcracks, where the water can get in,

If after my second try it still isn't waterproof I probably will try "Fjaellrave Greenladn Wax". But will do some further research first.

I will post an update on Twetch and if I remember in this thread as well. But can take a few weeks, since I am 10 hours away from a two weeks vacation :-).

Two months ago I impregnated my cotton jacket with 100% bees wax.

Make sure the block of beeswax is around 25-30 degree Celsius, then rub it all over the jacket so a small layer keeps attached.
Then get a "hot air gun" and blow-dry onto the jacket, so the beeswax can melt and soak in (not sure about the vocab here, but I hope whoever reads it can make sense of it).

Two problems appeared:

• it wasn't waterproof at all. My theory is, that since it is 100% beeswax without any paraffin, the beeswax gets hard and when the cloth "moves", the bees wax gets 10000 of small cracks, where water can move in.
  Bees wax with paraffin or something similar seems to be oily enough, so that the "cracks" get immediately sealed with oil.

• I already registered, that this autumn, a surplus of bees have been in my room, obviously triggered by the smell of my jacket. I took a glas and a paper and moved them out and haven't spent much thought on it.
  Yesterday I made a biketour and guess what. After two kilometres something started to hurt really bad on my left arm.
  Couldn't get out of that jacket fast enough. When I looked at my arm I could see a sting still standing out. After turning around the jacket, a dead bee was in there.

100% natural materials sounds awesome, but in this case I will probably go for another option. Maybe the commercial combination with paraffin is a good choice and the bees won't be attracted that much because of the paraffin smell.
There are also solution with some seedoils, but I am not sure about the smell and if it attracts mites or similar little creatures.

Just wanted to buy the e-book version of "Momo". Until 2022 I had an amazon-kindle with unlimited umts-network access for the kindle store, which was released in 2013 or earlier.
Despite the fact that you had to buy from amazon it was a really good all in all concept and the reader was very good especially the display. Additionally removal of DRM was easily possible with calibre and some addon in the past.

In 2019 the displayed cracked but I managed to get a used one on ebay since the umts-delivery is just amazing. Completely hassle-free reading in most places around the world.
Since amazon had stopped the lifelong-umts delivery support in 2022 and I wanted to have a backlight upgrade, I switched to a "kobo libra 2" which is waterproof as well. Tried the "amazon kindle paperwhite" before, but the display was really bad compared to the 2013 version. Not sure why that is.

Now I wanted to download the "Momo" e-book from the kobo ebookstore, but it didn't work several times. My guess is some copyright bs in whatever country and maybe some bug in their backend software, since I am in germany where the book was intitaly released and the "not available in your country because of blablabla shouldn't apply, but well, who knows nowadays.
For some years now I mainly read classical or really old stuff which is "free" so e-book purchases for money haven't been on my radar so far. Have tried their website several times to get some SciFi or Fantasy ebooks for light reading and it was always a nightmare. This time it just didn't work.
On amazon I would need to get an adobe whatever license and on the authors own page I can't buy it.
Tried the removal of DRM with calibre and the addon as well with some e-books I bought for my girlfriend which got my old kindle reader and can read through my library, but wasn't able to get it working.

So instead of just being able to pay for a ******* e-pub version without DRM, for the device of my choosing, I just wasted half an hour of my life trying to legally purchase a ******** 2MB file in the ******* 21st century!

After half an hour I gave up and copyright infringed the **** out of the book. Took me one minute.
