Would I be able to withdraw from either or isy money permanently stuck in whichever wallet I choose?
Its not stuck you can send it to an exchange where you can change it over to whatever currency you use. An exchange like coinbase doesnt allow bsv but you can convert your bsv to usdc using relayx and then send it over to coinbase.
