Handcash sure feels like it's in beta.... I just tried to verify my code on iOS mobile and it just went to a gray screen. I had it about a year or so ago too, and had to talk to CS about getting my account back after an update. Not sure if Relay's better.
same thing here... used lower case letters and the recovery worked. They have great support at least so I wasnt too worried. This is why I call BSV a beta bitch lol
