Do you believe that those suits are necessary or do you think it is all a publicity stunt? Have you seen anyone be removed because they were sick?

Generally speaking, I don't think the suits are necessary, especially since most evacuees aren't infected.

Whenever I see a news segment on this virus it always looks like they are trying way too hard with the hazmat suits. There are like 100 people walking by without any protection but the focus is on the ones that look like they are prepared for World War Z.

The CDC doesn't recommend it, nor are their personnel wearing suits. They have gloves, face shields or masks if getting within 6 feet of a quarantined person. I guess the suits give some peace of mind, like the cleaning crew I mentioned.

I figured the suits were more for show than anything else. Luckily you only have 2 days left!

Yes, I should add that the CDC and other govt agencies working with them have all done quite a lot to make our quarantine more pleasant. As well some local NGOs have donated time and resources for our benefit.
