That is not 100% true
miner can prune raw blob data if they choose too
just because they do not now
does not mean they can not.
They would never choose to without a court order. There is effectively 0 risk of deletion before that.
If we get to court orders - at that point, there would be lots of people using BSV, and people will fork to preserve the data if they see ideas being deleted nefariously.

blob data can be pruned on a whim by miners anytime they choose
Not every node is going to accept data being pruned, sorry chap. You're talking "bollox". A single person can store all the data themselves.
