They would never choose to without a court order. There is effectively 0 risk of deletion before that.

If we get to court orders - at that point, there would be lots of people using BSV, and people will fork to preserve the data if they see ideas being deleted nefariously.

Not every node is going to accept data being pruned, sorry chap. You're talking "bollox". A single person can store all the data themselves.

It can't, because of human nature. You just keep making the claim that every miner would go along with nefarious data deletion. I don't believe that to be true, and you can't prove it to be true.
