Pretty heavy penalties for anyone caught tampering with ballots, buy Biden and his team will be able to claim they had nothing to do with it. But that's assuming the watermark sting isn't just a conspiracy.
As legit as that would have been to actually certify ballots, apparently its been floating around on the web since before the election and I dont think they would have let that out.
Serious question: If the argument is that all these states have flipped on mail in ballots alone, PA by +700,000, why did they call Senate/House races so early? Those same ballots have all seats in play.

Trump fucked up and told his people not to do mail ins. And the dems told there side to do the mail in. Thats why its leaning so heavy on the side of biden remember this is the biggest turn out since i think 1900 they were saying. Mail in made it easy
There is no doubt in a runoff election who will win. If these tied numbers are accurate (I think the Biden mail-in numbers inflated) then the 1.2% libertarian party vote in a runoff will be kingmaker for Trump in Georgia.
