FIAT money grows on trees, and so does credit. Think that way, they would have to take a shit, they could choose to do that on the head of people and companies or on the currency.

Shitting on the currency is shitting on everyone. Good businesses will fail too instead of just the ones that can't compete in a free market.

It is where the damage can be least. Not printing money would be a total disaster.
You drank the Kool Aid. Printing money is inflationary poison that doesn't discern between profitable and non-profitable businesses.
I think you drank it. I am just pragmatic. I don't like the cusrrent system but after the shit hit the vent that was the right thing to do. I am all for a better system. What happens is that credit gets out of control, no matter the money you use.
It is just too easy to keep unaware and quiet when the credit creates bubbles and then blame the evil fed because they only have the same set of tools always.
Every fiat in history has failed due to governments printing money out of thin air. Credit out of hand is due to Fed screwing with interest rates. Economy shut down because govt shut it down on bad data. Are we seeing a theme here yet?
