To me it seems like the point is Kleiman getting a few hundred thousand BTC.

5 more months and we'll see the ruling. Hopefully.

If the partnership can be proven.

I'll call this right now.

There is no partnership

Craig will win the case because Dave kleiman could have told his shit brother anytime that he had hundreds of thousands of btc, he didn't. He died broke. Ira is a pawn being used to stifle actual BITCOIN

just think it thru, dave has 500,000 btc, he's dying, he could have told his parents, could have told his brother, his gf, his friends, he could have sold some to pay his bills, instead he borrowed against his home.

Ira is chasing shadows with opm.

if dave wanted to he could have set up his own trust to release his coins to his family at some point in the future... dave knew he was dying for months and months, but had no motive to cash in or guard his 500,000 btc??? come on... get real. he was poor!
