看了Mtgox前CEO指控Craig 博士偷窃的声明。假如指控成立，至少得证明同时满足以下三个条件：
1、转入地址的币是Mtgox所有的；
2、转出地址的币是Craig 所有的；
3、输移行为是非法的，秘密的，破坏性的。
但我没看到以上证据链，
