比特币有两个时间。

一个是绝对时间，即用户发送或收到tx的时间，这个时间与现实世界的时间同歩，在法律上可以作为合同成立和生效的时间。

另一个是相对时间，即区块生成时间，这个时间是矿工“任意”填写的，但相续区块的时间必有先后序列的。区块时间可以倒流，因为遇到区块重组时，后发生的交易（即绝对时间在后的交易）可能提前，反之亦然。所以区块时间是相对时间，随观察者不同而时时变化，只有观察者确定时，时间才确定。

区块时间不是法律上的有效时间，不能成为判断合同成立或生效的时间标准。
