Yeah i get that, I think paid unlock chat is far better than $10 sub personally. And even better would be setting a price to dm you in your own user settings.

definitely something we can consider as an adjustment. goal is not to paywall features as much is it is to protect our users, not fun to deal with lol
Fair enough, I even think user having to follow each other to dm would stop any kind of mass dm like what happened.
General scams could still happen, as they could even with pay wall. Hopefully this is a big lesson for people. Feelsbadman for everyone who got burned
