Not even close. He was never even charged with that.

Judge literally sentenced him for charges that were not brought and explicitly said she was sending him to prison because of his libertarian beliefs.

Evil and egregious to anyone that bothers to look.

Maybe!

At any rate he enabled the sale of highly dangerous drugs to kids no questions asked, and a lot of them OD'd. I'm comfortable with him in prison.

People who build parking lots have enabled more drug deals. Car makers have enabled millions of crimes. The inventor of bitcoin has enabled many.

None of them should be in prison. That's just stupid.

Are you on drugs now? Anyone who has bothered to look at the case will surely know Silk Road was fundamentally a drugs business. Ross knew it, and participated and profited from it. That makes him a drug dealer.

A very egregious one. It's one thing to to sell to someone you can see face to face, but when you sell anonymously you are selling your mystery-meat unregulated powerful drugs to teenagers, rapists, violent criminals, the mentally ill etc.

He was knowingly and deliberately operating out side the law and enabling others to also do so. Would you consider Silk Road blameless if someone had bought poison or a nuke and wiped out the population of a city with their purchases?

Isaac likes to make very opinionated statements and present them as facts. Don't expect a proper reply back.
