Do people actually think the stock market is legit? I mean here we see they are daytrading metal. No metal ever exchanged hands, is this even a market? Seems metal is not really being bought or sold so how does this equate to the actual value of physical silver?

it's probably manipulated, but in any case you forgot to take into account that USD exchanges hands all the time.

I just mean metal is a physical thing u like a stock or a digital asset that nothing needs to actually need to physically change hands. Metal is heavy and clumsy just seems like if the SEC were real and actually regulating price descovery some actual metal must need to move somewhere, BTW I k ow it’s paper but even that makes no sense for physical assets

i get it, and you are not wrong, all i'm saying is the commodity doesn't need to change hands for price action. it's denominated in something else, in this case USD, which is changing hands.

Not regulated by the SEC. It’s regulated by the CFTC as a physical commodity. If you purchase a contract and want to accept delivery you can.
