Shizo-toll would be good enough. Blocking is better imho. In the extremely few cases where it is necessary.

If you block someone,
they should not be able to view your posts
if you do not want them too
and unlike muted,
I should not even see that people i have blocked post something
(replies could be different as convo's may appear weird)
but maybe blocked posts could appear blurred to the blocked user
who could pay a fee to view it
then pay another fee to reply
both set by the by the blocker
