we see cases where culture is downstream from technology instead, since the product or invention itself can greatly influence lives and even social interactions later on, even when the culture isn't quite prepared for it.
i find the example of electric cars and tsla adoption applying here. the transistor and internet too maybe. in the case of Twetch, i think tech capability, and the social/game/econ mechanics you and the team create here are largely responsible for the bit-by-bit culture change.
