如果法院或其他执法机关有权冻结、没收与划转公民的比特币，那么会不会造成权力滥用，肆意侵犯公民的财产权？尤其是在一些专制或权力不受限制的国家？
不会。因为任何国家、任何司法机关关于财产的命令都需经过矿工执行，矿工是不分国界的，其执行遵循大多数算力原则（51%)。如果一项法庭命令得不到51%算力支持，将被孤立。
当然，各国司法机关与全网矿工如何博弈，是另一问题。但无论如何博弈，都改变不了�比特币底层协议中的51%规则。
所以，比特币协议set in stone ，真的很重要。
