Absolutely essential for interval training. Destroys your legs. I’ll super set it with the concept rower and it’s the ultimate warmup. The belt drive is the key difference from other bikes. No chain.
Nice. I’ve got it on my list, just need a home first. Probably will with a full rouge rack so it can have safety straps.
I recommend the above pictured folding rogue rack. You can fold it back should you need to put the cars in or whatever else. There are other foldable racks out there which are nice also.
