The last reading of my Blood Pressure yesterday is 140/90. I have already a regular exercise at the gym. The steps that I'm planning now is: 1.) Get more sleep 2.) Decrease salt in my diet and 3.) drink more water(at least 7 glasses a day).

Lowering salt will not help. But lowering sugar and caffeine can. Sugar is especially harmful. Also continuous Breathing through the mouth can be very harmful and raise the blood pressure. How many times do you urinate per day?

I'm not counting my urination, I guess it is 5-10x a day. Agree with sugar but can't help with coffee. I sometimes breathing on my mouth while lifting weights.
Urinine more than 3 times daily is a sign of disease, overworked kidneys and dehydration, usually by a low salt diet or drinking too much fluids or too much caffeine. I try to take at least 7- 10 grams of salt a day, natural whole unprocessed salts.
