So...there are lots of things I dislike about BSV...but here I am...using it.
You might be onto something if, even the people who dislike your coin are buying it to use an app built on top of it.
Okay, kudos @852

Precisely!
Welcome to Twetch.
I'm curious what things you dislike about BSV. Not going to start an argument (that's too expensive on here haha) just to discuss and understand.
Fields the transaction did not carry are omitted. Open the payload to see the bytes as stored.

What I do like: stable protocol, made an attempt to scale + more
So aside from personalities of people involved, it's about clarity around centralization of miners.
BSV will outgrow both CSW and Calvin.
After BTC halving the musical miner chairs will realign. Interesting to see what happens after the dust settles.
Well, it's about several similar things. I also worry about sharing hashing algorithms with BTC/BCH. I worry about security, speed, centralization. The usual things
On the plus side, There are some really talented dev teams in BSV that make great products
You should know that there are less than 30 actual nodes in BTC. The rest are just sybil machines that create a fake signal to make you think the network is strong, when in fact it is so weak that it's about to collapse.
But... Aussie Man Bad right?
Big blocks will be profitable/competitive enough that noone will be worried about centralization once the wheels are really turning
We'll see what happens - my eyes are open ;)
We will see if that's the case.
At this point in time, I'm just watching (and now using twetch)
If I have a need for BSV to use twetch or other BSV apps, I will acquire it regardless - but as of now I don't plan to store the bulk of my wealth here.
Yeah, I understand why you feel that way about CSW and Calvin.
As for "centralization," long term BTC is screwed on that front... We can talk about why if you're interested.
I'm looking forward to the BSV's economy's continued growth.
Yes, I'm well aware of BTC's issues and worry about them equally (if not more, tbh)
I'm looking forward as well - keeping my eye on it and using twetch in the mean time 👍
I'd be surprised if you knew about what I'm referring to already. Despite my best efforts, I'm still the only one talking about it... Has to do with market structure equilibriums.
