If I were a Twetch developer, I would add the fiat to the wallet for the payment flexibility and user expansion. I am not an engineer, but I strongly believe, technically, fiat can be swapped to BSV in the backend. Do not stick to BSV, because dapps itself is fabulous.

If only it were a technical problem to solve. That's easy.

Anytime anyone pays USD and gets crypto in return, it becomes an exchange or "money transmitter" and you must register separately in all 50 states, pay hundreds of thousands in fees, taxes, regs, etc.

any on/off ramp to fiat is where the huge legal risk and regs come in.
