ANNE has a different design,
any data simply being put on chain, becomes public data
The same can easily be achieved in ANNE using the ANNE worldview hypergraph
You can reference it as a neuron in the ANNE hypergraph, this makes the data accessible by others, and it can be stored and distributed by other nodes. In this design you are not dependant on miners for access to that data.
Now one feature in ANNE is Annex, this allows the sponsoring of neurons, as in ANNE every neuron is 1:1
The sponsorship of neurons allows the sponsor to receive revenue from neurons
revenue is generated every time a neuron is "fired"
firing a neuron means new data related to it,
this could be a FEELZ or OPINIONZ
which is someone applying their emotion to that neuron
the Creator or the neurons also receives revenue
the sponsorship can ALWAYS be annexed with built in algo pricing
You cannot "own" neurons in ANNE as all neurons in the ANNE worldview are owned by ANNE
but users can sponsor neurons
So for Art, you can create img neurons,
and those neurons can generate revenue
the image file is public (just as it would be on BSV)
but people can rate the image which is what generates the revenue
OR
You can create your own ghost img neurons on your own node or cluster
and provide access to them however you want
and data gets sent through the network encrypted for the intended recipient
*your ghost neurons are neurons that you DO own, as they are not on chain, not referenced in the ANNE worldview, just on your node or cluster.
