so you can have your data stored on BSV and indexed in the ANNE hypergraph, if other node runners see value in said data, then it gets stored on multiple nodes, or is always available from the original source.
ANNE make data accessible without relying on miners
This design had to happen, as there is no guaranty of BSV becoming successful and no guaranty of an "on-chain" world

When TAAL killed ANNE on BSV
ANNE was completely rebuilt and had to be independent and still work in a multitude of future scenarios

ANNE works with BSV or without it, ANNE does not care about tribes.
The ANNE network can be used practically for free,
to host uncensorable distributed websites or apps
Twetch could be running on the ANNE network right now without accepting ANNE coin or using the ANNE blockchain
You do not even need be synced with the chain to use many features of the network
The chain is for the hypergraph stuff as the hypergraph is L1
indexing public data and identities.
There are LOTS of moving parts to the ANNE network
To say "it is not on bitcoin" as a negative point just displays ignorance
as even Satoshi spoke of a multi chain world.

I have reread your explanation many times, but I still don't think I understand the ANNE chain. haha
Twetch just like any other website
can utilise the ANNE network to host their website
using the ANNE network we no need to rely on servers in datacentres
Now we can use our own machines
create our own clouds
whilst preserving our privacy
Twetch with a little work, could be completely distributed
with TWETCH USERS HOSTING TWETCH
for twetch to never go down again
(i did reach out to team twetch before when twetch went down)
The ANNE network will be difficult for you to understand if you keep thinking of ANNE as just a chain.

it is probably easier that you forget ANNE uses a blockchain
as trying to fit ANNE into your pre conception of what a blockchain is and can do is what makes understanding the ANNE network difficult.
