Yes I’ve heard about that directive being hidden in the Defense Bill (I think). I believe it‘d be deemed unconstitutional, though not yet officially challenged. Should be an easy one to attack in court if ever implemented. Maybe it’s happening already.
The question is, in case of civil unrest, what power will states and courts have if martial law is declared?
Will it matter?
If COG kicks in I doubt anything will matter anymore, certainly not the constitution.
I hope Americans have the backbone to defend their god given rights and liberty. We’ll find out in time.
