Any state that isn’t governed by the people, for the people, is a problem. In America, it‘s governed by the people. If the people screw up, corruption takes over, they now have a mess to clean up. Fortunately, law still works well enough for us to do that.
Sure, pointing out perpetrators is necessary and it will need to happen for justice to be served. But I’m saying that blaming others for problems isn’t productive.
I agree with you that criminals need to be sorted out and dealt with legally.
It’s a little more nuanced than them literally doing it to themselves.
For example, think of covid and the reaction of the masses, the consequences, but also what we will learn from it and how we will apply existing law to fix it, and improve law.
