Very kind of you , but i am or should be placed in the too hard basket, beyond help, im running my own race, \r\nThere basically expressions for extreme stubbornness and not really co operating , listening and being a team player. No way i would subject you to much more of my personal problems,  but i do have some valuable knowledge on pretty much curing debilitating stomach  conditions that i had to watch a nobel prize winning doctors documentary to self diagnose a particular condition then went on to share that knowledge with a few family members who also got the test and specific type of anti biotics to apparently temporaraly cure it. But i am of the belief this is not a conclusive fully understood condition and have failed to thoughroghly master the what i believe acceptable and thourough cure and ongoing treatment.\r\nMuch work to be done in this field i believe.\r\nAnd only know the initial treatment and a follow up prevenyative step which i find is not effective long term.\r\nHow i have tried to quit smoking is beyond a joke.  Yeah well done for quitting mate . My goal is to learn to smoke organic weed, straight no tobacco and the right variety which is a put you to sleep no energetic thought provoking high breed hard to find in todays extreme polyhybrid market as almost everything if not everything popular and modern has been crossed multiple times to these sativa varieties, which commonly are accepted to be mind buzz   energetic soaring cerebral high etc. As oposed to some of these older much purer indica varieties that are commonly accepted to be more of body stone and not thought provoking but the opposite.\r\nBut this is not necesarily a hard and fast rule but wont go too much into it. So once one finds one of these sedative varieties then it is recommended to leave it flowering much longer than peak thc % ripeness with clear to clouddy coloured trichomes.\r\nYou leve the plant to go amber trichomes and allow the thc to break down and degrade into a compound called cbn. Which can sometimes have a severely sedative effect which is what im after.\r\nAnd smoking weed in moderation is another goal so it increases the effect, as always my tolerance creeps up and i am smoking 24rs a day and at night waking up to have a sesion or two and then of course to be really healthy vaporizer or straight weed bong hit which i have never been able to keep up, you learn to appreciate the tobacco weed mix,  and its the rolling paper to which i dream of quitting. But thats the basic plan,  quitting weed isnt on my radar ever. Its one of the only things in life that really drives me to continue and live.\r\nDamn another long post.
