But  unfortunately my case has been left too long without serious disciplined healthy lifestyle, since you brought it up ill give you a very brief explanation, um say from 15 years of age extreme cannabis abuse, of 90s street weed, i really no lie did not think i would make it to 17. And so on. And this continues till this day.  And then heavy smoking tobacco as well to this day always mixing tobaco with weed, and ten years with breaks in between working non stop, i was unable to hold the job so left , came back and so on in mostly very dusty environment and i mean most days breathing in every type of dust on job site as i was laborer which mostly consists of cleaning,and never wore a mask., only sometimes when its like a thick fog that even with a mask it gets through a lot, and yeah very poor diet not as in lack of food but knowing what i know now i would have taken diet seriously from a young age. And i dont like subjecting people to lets say in depth descriptions of medical stuff, lets say a few other conditions that i was unable to get the right course of action to take, and would have to go to hospital say 4 times a year, and have never been able to live a normal life.  So i would like to fast but im still struggling to manage the condition and im not very optimistic.\r\nBut its improved maybe 500 percent and i simply cant quit smoking tobacco. And find a diet that works better than what i am currently having. So yeah not getting proper lets say normal medical procedures done or diagnosed is the path im choosing, but yeah over all just doing my best, the damage is done mate, a lot of my mates didnt make it as far as i have  . So im cherishing every day. But yeah id rather not go into my situation more accept for many lessons and methods ive learned over the years just figuring out what works and what doesnt. \r\nLike apple cider vinegar, i consume religeously but not every day just make sure its always in the panrty, i would have avoided, slice bread, or most breads, now i eat lebanese bread or none, junk food like soft drinks chips, and even sugar, or processed food, now i have mainly or try to i always revert back to not fully strict eating, as in too many packs of noodles, i switched from regular organic cacao to now milo , which is  not a health food, um processed chicken nuggets,  microwave lasanga,  but the few big consistent changes like , no instant coffee, only lebanese bread not much of it switching from bongs to joints , no spirits or wine , just beer as a special treat and at the pub not at home the no sugar, and the minimum proccessed food you can achieve,  also slowly allowing my inside to heal,  not being overly tense, and try to avoid hanging out where i skip meals , and try to keep up with healthier people, yeah constantly having access to water and a kettle i like,   .  Oh my God ive written an essay . So ovrr all im very pleased with the quality of life ive got. Definitely cant complain,  heaps of progress.
