People cannot cooperate w/o mutually agreed rules, enforced by mutually agreed referees (also abiding by same rules) to allow scale.
There will ALWAYS be “ruling classes”, so let’s aim for meritocracy.

Referee has more privilege than the players. He forces people around, and rules the ground.

You cannot do away with layers of authorizations, whatever you do. There will always be "ruling class".
