Where is a good place to start learning more about crypto currencies? What's the difference between BTC, BCH, and BSV (or are they the same)? What is important about those differences?

The concept that got me between BTC and BSV (I don't know what BCH is for), is around the simple process of paying some one for some thing.
BTC is nothing but waiting, total uncomfortable waiting for the transaction to confirm.

Fields the transaction did not carry are omitted. Open the payload to see the bytes as stored.

Add to that you might end up paying the same or more in the amount of fees as you do for the item itself
BSV is what we all expect of modern day transactions. Fast, low fees, and no intermediary
The more I use it the more I don't get the cryoto consensus
I like the idea of replacing government controlled currencies. I don't care which one does it. So, I could see fast transactions with low fees being a benefit to mass adoption. It is unclear to me where a fee goes if there is no intermediary though. ???
The fees are paid to the miners, who under a BSV model start to be thought of transaction processors and less like block reward miners as the block reward tends to zero. They need to scale their HW operation as the transactions quantity scale.
