how does it differ from https://codeonchain.network ?

codeonchain just stores code on chain. It's not actually a version control system. Maybe they'll improve it later on.
What the chain says
- Block
- 629 651
- Time
- 2020-04-07T16:26:00Z
- Signer
- 1Abd9yJS6mrzMmj1Ni6kjQB9GqtyaNujrm
- App
- twetch
- Type
- post
- Content type
- text/plain
- Name in tx
- twetch#3375
Fields the transaction did not carry are omitted. Open the payload to see the bytes as stored.
