i dont need that, nor do i want that
You must be old.... lol
I too would not care to do such
but I've not worked for anyone for decades
I worked with a few people that done this regular
a waitress that had 5 claims against the company and still working
a chef, who started doing this on day one,
we found his little diary he was keeping that was just full of completely made up BS
luckily he was still on trial so they just let him go
but was crazy how he was on it from day one
he used to walk around bumping everyone trying to get a reaction
we were all like "what's this guy's problem"
then we found the diary and seen he had been playing the race card in his deluded journal, preparing for a lawsuit
eww interesting. my grievance is with the "corporation" or the "entity" not with any individuals. I figure the "higher ups" dont even know me or care at all, and thats fine. My only priority is that if they fire me, okay go ahead, but I want to claim unemployment. and if they dare fight me on that I think Ill have a good case
Just don't give them any reason to fire you.
Or do they already have it?
