Which proves the hate for them. Am I just hating to hate or do I want that person to know to suck a dick? The point here is whether good or bad, the creator made something that got attention and their data should be worth money for a like or dislike.

Agreed, and this happens organically regardless. But if there is a dislike feature, there must also be a feature to sort by most disliked. Because hilarity function.

If dislikes are worth as much as likes, you incentivize mindless "shock" content versus mindful content. There needs to be a difference between like or dislike. How much difference I don't really know. I'm just venturing with 1/100th.
