Nobody has ever convincingly explained to me how $1 sats (possible at scale) don't completely turbo-fuck micropayments either, or what the solution is

Can anyone explain how this isn't an issue? @573 once tried to explain on Discord, but it didn't make sense to me. Something about batching or idk

The fact is, unless I'm wrong, BSV cannot actually function at global scale. AI says they'd have to hard fork to 24 decimals to future proof it for micro/nanopayments.

If it's the Sirtoshi video that talks about increasing decimals, Craig said on twitter that was not an option and not going to happen, I remember this recently.
The decimal place moves been explained by CSW and most recently sir toshi in detail on his YouTube channel go check it out.
If I remember right Craig was against hard forking to increase decimals on twitter recently. So, I'm still not sure what the solution is.

So, Craig claims that there are solutions he has but doesn't actually name any of them. But for sure - it isn't "Hard fork to more decimals", according to Craig.
Regardless of all of this, Craig has created a system out of BSV that is NOT whitepaper Bitcoin. True Bitcoin still does not exist anywhere.
imo you’d need to change protocol and sats on a tx would be 8 bytes instead of 4 bytes

I don't understand personally what that accomplishes, but are you saying it requires a hard fork to fix?
this is one of those good problems. the economy should not even be worth 1 quadrillion dollars if it is then dollars are probably worthless.
