Got hit in the head by a loft ladder and started having epileptic fits. Refused the epilepsy meds and moved to Spain with my wife to legally use weed to treat it. Left my wife, (and only source of income because of my fits) purely out of honesty because I never should have married her. Within a week I had been hit by a car while fitting, had my arm smashed backwards out of the back of my shoulder, found and taken to the hospital by the police, put in to a coma to stop the 45 minute convulsive seizure I was in and woke up 13 hours later. The Spanish doctors were going to bodge my arm together which I refused, knowing it would be a shit job. So… here is the decision. To make it clear that I was serious about being discharged without having my arm fixed, I told them I was leaving and pulled the still inflated catheter out of my dick. Is that the kind of thing you're looking for?
