- Communication with church and ruling class to organize the implementation.
The time is coming to bring the core knowledge, i.e. the main reason for the construction of Gothic cathedrals and buildings, to the public. Clear intrepid free spirits are needed to approach this knowledge, to examine it and prepare for the coming events.
800 years ago, on 22.2.1220, it was decided which knowledge, among other things, would be used in the following buildings, material and immaterial. Some of the churches already under construction were added later: Cathedral of Amiens, St. Michael in Vienna
Perhaps the BSV community could play a role in this challenge, especially the Chinese. There are particularly independent thinkers there, which is why there is a great potential for BSV developments in China/Asia.

The council consisted of 22 people, ground down by life and striving, whose inherent crystalline structure was brought out by the work on the being. All were outstanding masters of their respective fields.
The resolutions were written down and included:

- Feb. 2020: On this day, exactly 900 years ago, on 22. Feb 1120, a community of torchbearers decided to reveal ancient knowledge about cosmic cycles and natural sciences for the first time on European soil in great density and visibility for all people.
- Disclosure of special and key knowledge only at predetermined locations.
