Fasting is very healthy. It gives your body a chance to rest and repair. I did a 40 day fast almost 2 years ago so I know I can do it.

Day 2 of a possible 40 day water fast. Still experiencing some hunger pains but hopefully they will be gone soon as I enter ketosis.

This is me and I have a sign but unfortunately I made the writing very small so here's what it says:
"Day 1, June 14. Hi Twetch! Hi Relica! This is Day 1 of a possible 40 day water fast"
I may post a new photo every day or every 5 days as it progresses.

I have almost completed 7 full days of a potentially 40 day water fast. If I can make it to 10 days I might post a photo of myself before and after to show weight loss.

"Shock" is too strong a word but it took a while to get used to eating again. You just have to take it easy. I fasted primarily for the experience and to lose some weight. It's very healthy. My dad is in his 60s and he managed to do a 40 day fast TWICE!

Most of my time was at home and in bed watching stuff on my computer or reading but you can do some things outside of the house. Just nothing really strenuous. I don't know what was the first thing I ate but it probably was a fruit.

Yes, I did! It was a great mental challenge but I'm glad I did it. Fasting is great for your health, too. When your body is not focused on converting food into energy, your body can heal itself. One of these days I'll do something similar.

I made it 44 hours fasting but I couldn't resist eating some chips. 😢 I'll try again soon.
