lmk what you’re thinking
lol at zem being craig’s witness
the guy is the biggest craig fanboy in the world
can’t believe mike hearn was on the stand and no one asked him if he thought craig was satoshi
he is likely one of the few with a voice that matters
honestly zero evidence on both sides
both sides just trying to tarnish the reputation of one another
still seen zero evidence in court that creg is satoshi
still seen zero evidence in court that creg is satoshi
wow, did creg just dox cobra in court?
the creg court case is a charade
It doesn’t really matter who wins this one, public opinion won’t change
and appeals will happen
bsv can’t pump because no one can buy
kind of expected worse odds tbh
watching the game
Creg’s tweet is a little misleading
In the US, patents are enforceable on a First To Invent basis. So he would have to prove he was the first to invent something (some of his patents would likely be considered as invented by satoshi)
In many (most?) other places (EU etc) he only needs to be first to file, which is likely why he said this.
His patent trolling will likely continue forever
he’s saying he won’t pursue copyright or database rights ever again
not sure what else COPA would want here
It’s february, 2024
Craig wins the lawsuit against COPA. With this feather in his cap, he demands licenses from the smaller companies in crypto, mostly defi protocols infringing on his patents.
They refuse to pay.
Craig takes them to court, wins most. Over the next 10 years he continues to move up the food chain to the larger protocols and exchanges.
He wins.
Now no one wants to use crypto, Craig’s licensing fees are too high.
US government swoops in, makes all non-government sanctioned currencies illegal.
Crypto dies.
odds of craig winning against copa: 30%
