I am awaiting a decision on Facebook's motion to dismiss. Discovery has been stayed while that's pending so I won't get to depose Zuckerberg yet. Given the track record of courts across the country, I expect to have to appeal the trial court's decision.

There will be a rolling car rally in New Haven, CT on Monday, Apr. 20, 2020 to protest the corona lockdown. Our law firm is ready to defend any protester against criminal charges or file a civil rights claim if law enforcement breaks it up.
