My favourite Bitcoin wallet to use atm is RelayX.
The wallet integrates nicely with some of the best Bitcoin apps that are out there currently.
It’s becoming more of an ‘app store’ which I really love. It makes Bitcoin easy to USE. Easy to connect.

at least it's not a consensus rule and nodes are able to set it at whatever they want. the problem is it's a shitty O(n^2) data structure and costs more memory
based on how many times I hear from @4 when he runs into it, relayX has this solved
