Our resources are clearly finite, we've known this for a long time. Anarchism will always manifest whenever people voluntarily, and without coercive force, cooperate together towards responsible and consensual goals. Authoritarianism is the wrong choice.

Anarchism is the only "ideology" listed here that is inherently decentralized and never pure. Centralization and purity combined make for a dangerous concoction.

And I would generally describe our modern culture as a "horror society" that is nowhere near transcending the problem of humans as chattel. But all this is besides the point of the original post... or rather only reinforces it.

Jesus doesn't always save, many atrocities have been committed in his name, even today. There are also reports of non-hierarchical, democratic, egalitarian indigenous societies. Some of these cultures are almost completely gone, often "saved" by Jesus.

Mental illness is a construct. A way to exert power over others that don't share the same worldview. It's a power trip, a cycle of pain and abuse, and an age old method to snuff out marginality. Isn't that what happened to Jesus? Was he not a heretic?
