Exchanges need a multi-coin world to have a business model. One coin that does everything layer 1 eliminates the need for their services.
I'm pretty sure Binanace doesn't have any standards for coins, other than what will enrich them the most. I look forward to the day when they are "forced" to relist BSV because not doing so is costing them too much money.

The main caveat is that ETH is even more expensive to use than BTC, thus making all of its potential too pricey to even be accessed. Because of the outrageous fees I got out of all ETH and ETH based tokens 6 months ago and I won't go back.
