Exactly my thoughts. An annual show of the progress of scaling.
Talk is no good. It is best to show everyone. The same date each year makes sense incase any issues are caused with pushing things to their limits. Apps and wallets have advance notice of increased network activity.
Obviously if organic usage is breaking records on a monthly basis the previous annual test can be the last.
You can do all the testing you want on a dyno, you only find out true progress when you hit the track.

Why has there not been a demonstration of 1 billion txs in a day?

Looking forward to the release of the new HandCash wallet.
It is still the best UI/UX wallet available for Bitcoin.
The one downside to HC has always been the custodial aspect of the wallet.

Simplycash has been my go to for sometime but really only until I have enough in it to need to start pushing to paper wallet. I only like to keep like 20-40 bsv on simply cash then I start putting on paper wallets in increments of 3-5 BSV per wallet address. (Bitaddress.org)
This way if hacked they would only get some of my BSV not all. These dumb asses with the cold card hack are stupid fucks. They keep all their stash in 1 spot. You become a target when the wallet has million + in it . It’s public and hackers will target big wallets. I’d rather have a thousand wallets with 1 BSV in em

Twetch green needs to be the KYC imo.
Green generates revenue which can be used to help cover costs of this.
To be honest they are already facilitating the sale of jpegs.
So what's the difference? NFTs are not exempt from VAT.
Building something worthwhile and long-lasting is always expensive. Hassle isn't impossible.
So the question is really should it be done?
Yep they are making it difficult.
So when listing items for sale only Twetch Green users can do so. Anyone can buy but only Green can sell.
At listing it can't be that difficult to add the VAT/sales tax tab which would calculate it automatically.
Problem I see is say it's a 1 BSV sales tax. They will want that in fiat not bsv. So upon sale it would need to convert to USD/EUR/GBP etc instantly to be able to pay the sales tax.
That's really the only issue I see now.
Scanning listings is kinda covered now with AI.
So sales tax.
So when Twetch Road sales hit a transaction threshold marketplace facilitator laws kick in.
They have made it harder but not impossible.
Do these laws apply to Jpegs?
