Wonderwerk cave in south Africa shows evidence of humans cooking with fire dating back about a million years ago.

You're taking the fun out of our speculation 🙄
Going off evolution all started in Africa until the ice age, which they would have needed fire to survive.
If this is the road you want to take, Maui the demi-god from Polynesian culture stole fire from down below. And Hawaiin culture has a very similar story, so maybe they actually discovered it from volcanos.
I'd like to think they harnessed it from lightening striking a dead tree and learned to keep it alive by feeding it, from there learned how to recreate it. Like a village discovering at once, but i also think a lot of humans died during that discovery.

Note to self: it's completely normal to hate your husband for irrational things during pregnancy; however, "snoring like he's bragging that he can sleep without peeing 20 times a night" is not grounds for murder.
1990s: Tarzan
2000s: Finding Nemo
2010s: Moana
I used child movies because every day something on this website reminds me I'm still a baby. But Tarzan was the first movie I ever saw in a theater.
Hey look its me. I don't even need a twitter account to end up there 🤷♀️

To go through pregnancy that many times, you're insane. I know the prize of a child is amazing, but gosh dang it the journey sucks farts out of old seat cushions.
In his specific case, he switched to coffee from monster energy drinks. Its a much healthier alternative. Hes also quiting tobacco and marijuana at the same time. He is much healthier in the choice to drink coffee than he was a week ago.
And as you said before it differs by person so as i said he has to make his own decision. Theres lots of people who enjoy the bean water and you are the only person who has shared a negative experience with me.
And before you say you dont need studies, you asked for statistics, where do you think they come from?
I think the benefits outweigh the negatives. But thats a personal choice you have to make for yourself.
A study in the UK involving 500,000 people over the course of 10 years showed that one cup of coffee a day reduced the risk of premature death by 8%.
I've gone periods without drinking coffee with no noticeable difference. I have to stick to one cup a day because of the addictive factor. With a single cup theres no headache on non coffee days. With proper hygiene the odors/yellowing isnt an issue.
The carcinogen he's talking about i can only find bout it bein in cheap lowquality coffee so i cant speak on that but with the fertilizers and bug repellents commercial farmers use, I'm sure hes right. But literally all food is contaminated in that aspect.
Depression in women helps 20% with a decrease in suicide of 53%
And the antioxidants are in comparison of how much coffee we drink versus fruits and vegetables we eat.
Negatives are insomnia, increased anxiety, headache, heartburn, muscle tremors, addiction, dehydration, higher cholesterol and bone loss in postmenopausal women, when drinking 6 cups or more a day. The benefits were based off up to 4 cups a day.
Let the people enjoy their bean water.
Decaf coffee can contain up to 7mg of caffiene per cup, but it often contains 15% less antioxidants. so no its not as good as regular coffee. Because its the antioxidants and vitaims b2, b3, b5, magnesium and potassium helping not just the caffiene.

Black coffee is fine, its what you add to the coffee like creamer thats bad.
Add the weight row, i just meant not to weigh yourself daily since your weight fluctuates naturally. Just weight once a week. Add a starting weight too so you can see progress.
