Does anyone know of auction functionality present anywhere in the BSV ecosystem today?

Basically, multiple users submit bids (publicly is fine) by escrowing the funds. When the auction completes, the winning bid finalizes by being sent to final address.

Are Twetches (images and all) stored directly in the BSV chain?

Or is it that the hash of a Twetch gets stored in the chain, while the Twetch servers contain the content of said Twetch?

If someone sends me $10 of BSV, I will send them $15 of BSV in 48 hours when my Coinbase send is received. Perhaps in the future there will be a readymade smart contract that can enforce this. For now, I'm curious if anyone is willing to take the chance.
