Ive emailed 3 times over 11 days, and ZERO response except an auto-generated response saying they got my email.

im done with all taxes except MB txs.

does ANYONE know someone who works at MB i could reach directly?

do you even have a support team at all?

i have some very basic questions i need assistance with.

how is ED supposed to explain several videos worth of info in a limited character format.
he's obviously not shilling his videos, what would he gain from that.

if you actually cared about the answer, you would go to where he explains...in his videos

how is everyone compiling data from moneybutton for taxes?

cannot imagine all of you are manually typing out every single transaction and putting it in an excel sheet, especially with 100s of txs.

any decent ideas will get a 'like' at least.
