The internet is affecting us in ways I don't think we fully grasp yet.
This week I am using twitter only if I am doing some sort of exercise while using it. It has drastically cut my twitter screen time. Been using twetch only instead. The difference is staggering. I physically feel better. This environment is way healthier.
Sometimes we are pushing so hard.
