Everyone is a good interviewer when they're asking the questions that they're curious about.

Doubts will come and go, but your impact will outlast your lifetime if you can find a way to outlast your doubts.
Turn your idea into an "I did."
The willingness to brainstorm is nothing without the willingness to experiment.
I wrote about how Bitcoin can help with COVID controversy:

When the imagination becomes idle, the past become an idol.
Only "some," not "everyone."
I'm just wondering about the interconnectedness of things and how some people's probability of self-discovery and success might be raised by our own decision to be great.
Fewer things have deepened my faith more than embracing my capacity to doubt.
What if some people will never fulfill their potential unless you fulfill your own?
What if some people will never discover their purpose unless you face your fears and follow your dreams?
What if something big is at stake for every soft choice you make?
It's New Testament too as in "present your bodies as living sacrifices."
Our work is worship. It's the continual burning of energy that transforms potential into results.
To change the world, forget about vague notions like the world and focus on the humble spaces within your locus of control.
If you're creating for everyone, you'll hardly move anyone.
The things that scale are the things that don't fear specificity.
Burnt offering is based on the understanding that energy is transformed, not destroyed.
It reinforces the abundance mindset rather than scarcity consciousness.
You "sacrifice" when you realize that you are merely alchemizing chaos into creativity.
I'm cool with that too, but don't forget....in religion and mythology, "burning energy" as in "take your burnt offerings before the lord" was also a symbol for proof in work separating the truly devoted from the mere talkers.
BitcoinSV is the future of information science.
It's not merely digital gold or digital cash. It's the digital Library of Alexandria.
This time, however, the burning of energy will be a sign of life and creativity, not death and destruction.
All education is self-education.
School or no school, you only learn what you decide to learn.
Personal and professional growth is a choice.
Be true to yourself, but....
Don't forget that there's more to who you are than the things you already know how to do.
Your unharnessed potential is part of the self you need to be true to.
The voting booth for your creative potential is never closed.
Feel free to show up whenever you're ready.
There's always room for creativity beyond the job description.
Never equate "what's required" with "what's possible."
Greatness is never mandatory.
That's what makes it great.
And don't mistake "beyond the job description" with "begrudgingly working more hours."
Excess ≠ Excellence
Excellence is the art of respecting and developing the parts of yourself that are too unique and valuable for employers to include on a spec list.
Sweden is the Ginobli of Geography.
The question isn't "how can I sacrifice myself for my job?"
That's a recipe for burying yourself in a grave of bitter self-defeat.
It's "how can I unearth, express, & enjoy more of my creative potential in the activities I'm already dedicated to doing?"
There's always room for creativity beyond the job description.
Never equate "what's required" with "what's possible."
Greatness is never mandatory.
That's what makes it great.
I love those "never celebrate too early" videos.
They illustrate the difference between closing the deal vs having bragging rights in the middle of a game.
History is filled with people who had the "bragging rights" minutes before they got knocked out.
While you're busy defending your ideas, don't forget to actually try them.
I enjoyed this opportunity to talk with Pastor Paul VanderKlay about my faith and career journey.
There's a difference between winning the game and winning debates about who's going to win the game.
You can't BRING the fire if you're always spending your time PUTTING OUT the fire.
Don't just problem solve.
Create!
Everyone has a starting point.
And there's nothing wrong with yours.
Never apologize for starting where you are.
Your map for success won't matter if you can't be honest about the part that says "you are here."
No one can compete with the real you.
If it's centered around everyone, it's not focus.
