I genuinely hope the EHR Data project succeeds.

I just can't join others in treating announcements and promises as evidence of success.

Announcements make me curious, but only results make me celebrate.

the only action we see with EHR Data last year is that their founder dies, thats terrible and tragic but we dont see any action - @931
Very true

To say "the world would be better without money," is to say "the world would be better without people exchanging value according to their own preferences."

Money is a symbolic expression of creative power.

The problem isn't money. It's unsound money.

Success isn't just about winning.

It's also about quitting the self-defeating games driven by other people's agendas so you can be free to create games you actually care about.

Become the maker of your own games and win from the moment you start playing.

Most people never build shit because they fear critique.

Build, ignore the hater, fix the bugs of your customers, and listen critique from your peers.

Features and improvements will blossom until you have a mature product.

Build platform-independent success.

If your favorite social media site shut down their operations today, would your entire "empire" disappear?

If so, your "empire" is a fake tiger.

Build something real.

It's worth the effort.

Developing the ability to celebrate other people's success is in your own self-interest.

If you can't appreciate it, you can't learn from it.

Don't limit your learning to school teachers, motivation speakers, & entrepreneurs.

Listen to comedians, musicians, stylists, electricians...people from ALL walks of life.

Wisdom is everywhere.

As they say, "The world is your buffet."

Feast away.

Here's the replay from today's episode of T.K.'s Two Cents where I talk about overcoming jealousy and impostor syndrome.

Everyone has a starting point.

And there's nothing wrong with yours.

Never apologize for starting where you are.

Your map for success won't matter if you can't be honest about the part that says "you are here."

I realize this comment may come off as a judgment/attack of @17364.

It's not.

I mean, comments like this (and I think Marc is joking), is what everyone is so afraid of.

If you can laugh at or be unafraid of comments like that, you set yourself apart.

This is the price for creating that most people fear.

If you want to create stuff, you have to start stuff.

And once you start, it's very easy for others to say "Ha, that looks unfinished."

If you can get past that, you can work long enough to succeed.

Twetch looks horseshit !

Beware those who can't say "You're not ok."

Beware those who can't say "You're ok."

You're not ok, but that's ok for now.

You're ok for now, but you have room to grow.

Being imperfect is ok.

Challenging yourself is ok.

Both are necessary.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

As long as there is work to be done, there will be mysteries to fear.

You'll never answer the last question, but fortunately you don't need to.

Certainty isn't what's required.

Conviction is.

"I have subsequently looked up the terms 'literally' and 'metaphorically.' And whereas I was not incorrect, it did not mean what I thought it meant."

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

I will neither confirm nor disconfirm any involvement with the shenanigans stemming from this this Numpties account, but I will definitely pay close attention to every single post.

The organization of your thoughts is no less important than the organization of your things.

An orderly mind leads to an extraordinary life.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

Your ideals and standards SHOULD inspire you to change your life.

Your ideals and standards SHOULD NOT make you feel pathetic for having a life that needs to be changed.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

The best way to save time is to take the time to do your work as if it's actually worth your time.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

If you want to come up with new ideas, start by studying the old ones.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

When you deny the existence of the problem, you diminish the beauty of the solution.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

It's not the mere emotion that makes us grow.

It's the choice to process emotions in a constructive way that makes us grow.

Feelings are the catalyst, but it's the ability to respond critically & creatively that causes us to survive & thrive.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

Personal growth is a form of philanthropy.

Working hard to add value to your own life is one of the most generous and compassionate things you can do for the people you want to help.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

Nah.

My message actually empowers people to be stronger by using their jealousy as motivation to become smarter and more competent.

To be jealousy of someone without using it as inspiration for personal growth is a sign of weakness and low survivability.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

Definitely don't want fight against any of your emotions.

My prescription is to use those experiences to help make yourself better...which serves the purpose of survival.

If we let it consume us, we go extinct.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

Try dating your dreams before pressuring yourself to marry them.

Instead of asking "Should I commit the rest of my life to this job or project?"

Try asking "What can I discover by giving myself permission to temporarily explore my interests?"

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

You don't need to be motivated.

You only need to build momentum.

Shrink your goals to a size that makes it laughably easy to start.

Create tiny commitments you can keep on your WORST day.

Do it small until it becomes more difficult to not do it at all.

18FG3f…HdrQ Key · twetch

Curiosity is my antidote for jealousy.

If I'm tempted to hate someone because they get better results than me, I make myself a student of their success.

Within a week, my jealousy transforms into gratitude for how much smarter they've helped me become.

Don't bother with books that don't bother you.
