In order, what I felt with half a cappuccino yesterday at 10:00am:
- Head has tingles
- Stomach burns
- Heart rate starts to pick up
- A slight hunger fills my stomach
- Slight pinch in my lower right back (perhaps kidney / adrenal)
- My spit became bubbly (aka I wanted water)
- Could feel water pulling from under my eyes
- Needed the toilet yet didn't drink much at all (coffee is a diuretic after all)
- Lack of focus creeping in when giving map directions
Finally after going to bed at 20:30ish I woke up at 05:25am (later than my recent usual of 04:30 to 05:00) and felt somewhat weighed down in my eyes.
